JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist in formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify information systems.

CORE FUNCTIONS:

• Prepare detailed specifications.
• Develop technical specifications.
• Document systems and programs.
• Prepare test data and validate software.

EDUCATION:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Computer Science.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Two to three years programming experience. Ability to use the available programming languages and development tools. Ability to complete detailed program specifications.

SKILLS:

• Required: C programming skills
• Preferable: Oracle Forms / SQL
