Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Filling

4 small packages of cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
2 whole eggs

Topping

1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla

One graham cracker crust

Filling:

Blend ingredients together in mixer thoroughly.

Pour carefully into crust and bake for 20 minutes at 375° F.

Remove from oven, and turn oven up to 450° F.

Topping:
Blend well and carefully pour over baked pie.

Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes at 450° F.
